How to upload an Avatar to VRChat

This is the step-by-stride guide that shows you how to upload an avatar to VRChat from Unity Software

Make sure y'all are using the correct Unity version (Unity 2019.4.29f1.) to be able to upload avatar to VRChat.

Register on VRChat and Download the SDK3 Avatars from the post-obit link: https://vrchat.com/home/download

The guide to upload your avatar to VRChat

1. Create a new projection from Unity using the 3D Template.

2. Assets > Import Package > Custom Parcel – Import the Avatar SDK3 packet you downloaded from VRChat downloads folio.

3. Go on VR Chat SDK – Bear witness Control Panel – Add Username and password – Sign In

4. From Unity – Assets – Import Asset – Select all the files that you unziped on the binder (if there is a Materials message click on "Prepare At present")

9. Create a new folder and extract the materials. Keep the Hair object and select Fade on the Rendering Way.

10. Import the Avatar from the Assets tab to the Project Scene

11. In the inspector, click on Add Component and add an Animator component

12. In the inspector, click on Add Component and add a VRC Avatar Descripto component

13. In the View Position option, click on Edit

14. Movement the selection that appears shut to the head to put it on the correct height for the caput view

15. Keep VRChat SDK – Show Control Panel

16. Become to builder tab

17. If you see any error message, click on Autofix

18. Click on Build and Publish for Windows

19. In the VRChat Window, add name and description

20. Open VRChat / Access the menu / Become in Avatars / Select the last Avatar that you lot just created and click on Change Avatar
